Due to COVID-19 each day is different from the one before. The rules and practices have changed. I’m a HUGE fan of possibilities, creative thinking, and opportunities. One thing I know for sure is that if you take your home off the market or choose not to list you DEFINITELY will NOT get it sold.
Here are some of the strategies I’m using to help clients and their families:
1. Virtual Open Houses. I’ve been doing this for years, so I already have had plenty of practice!
2. Virtual Home Tours. Also nothing new for me. We can FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Zoom through the homes together. I will wear gloves and take every precaution.
3. Consulting by phone or video instead of home consults.
4. Working with buyers and sellers to get things done while maintaining social distancing.
5. Utilitize this time to get projects done before we list and sell your house.

For now homes are selling and people are buying. We can do this! Together.
