💥11664 FM 92 is Finally CLOSED💥

This transaction deserves a long post so buckle up, this one was a wild ride!!!
This file had everything that would make Netflix jealous… and yet, somehow by the grace of God, persistence, loss of sleep, an amazing team, and a few guardian angels working overtime…WE CLOSED THIS TORNADO OF A DEAL. Here’s the scoop:

First buyer? Financing fell apart. For questionable reasons, two weeks before closing 💔
Second buyer? Same story, different excuse. 🙃

At this point, I was considering staging the house with a dump truck of sage and ten gallons of holy water to try to bring my seller a solid buyer. Through every setback, every “you’ve got to be kidding me” and all countless late-night/early morning messages from exhausted seller’s who just wanted relief… our team kept showing up, and so did God. Because that’s what it takes sometimes! Real estate isn’t just paperwork and pretty houses, it’s strategy, grit, lots of prayer, and being ready to go to war for your clients when the deal starts swinging. And let me tell you, this one threw punches.

But, I refuse to take all of the credit, because I didn’t do it alone. My transaction coordinator, Christina, is my shield and my sword through it all. My partner in crime deserves so many shoutouts. She unapologetically and confidently matches my “too much”... that’s exactly what saves deals like this. Too much organization. Too much persistence. Too much double-checking. I am beyond thankful for my TC! We are both too much, and I love every bit of it! That’s how we protect our clients. That’s how we get both parties to the closing table!

Moral of the story? When things get tough, you want a team that’s “too much” on your side. Because in this business, too much is exactly what gets you home, and it takes a good team to do so! 😉🏡
