The offered units range in living area from approximately 600 sq. ft., not including their generous balconies, and are priced to rent from $900 to $1,595 per month. On the North wing, one-bedroom apartments 6 and 7, and on the South wing, two-bedroom apartment 3 and one-bedroom apartment 4 each enjoy a private roofed balcony. Overlooking Courthouse Square on the West side, one-bedroom apartment 1 and two-bedroom, two-bath apartment 5, enjoy access to the central deck and balcony by way of the foyer and hallways. The owners are making apartment 4 their home in Woodville. For guests they will also retain apartment 2, an efficiency with an “hotel style” kitchen. That unit will be available for the use of other apartment owners and their guests for a reasonable nightly charge. Each of the Lofts is finished to contemporary standards: built-in stainless steel appliances (gas range and oven, exhaust hood, garbage disposer and dishwasher); tiled baths; custom-designed and -fitted kitchen and bath cabinets featuring granite and heart pine counters; modern lighting fixtures;; and Rinnai tank-less, gas water heaters. The historically authentic features are retained and restored. Heart pine, recovered from the old timbers of the building, accents the spaces. The Lofts are accessible from the original entrance from Courthouse Square, where ample on-street parking is available; and via a second, rear entrance from the new patio where additional off-street parking will be provided.
