A 600+ credit score. If you have a sub 600 credit score the security deposit will be higher.
Credit scores of 550-599 pay 1.5x monthly rent as a security deposit. Another option is to have a co-signer(possibly a parent or friend) that would agree to be responsible for the property/rent that would meet our qualifications. We need someone on the lease that has a 600+ credit score for the security deposit not to be 1.5x
Late rent is ABSOLUTELY NOT tolerated.
Monthly income that is 3x what the rent is.
You must NOT have an eviction on your record. Or been served an eviction notice.
All adults that will be living in the unit must fill out an application(free), a tenant screening($39) and sign the lease.

A few qualifications, a 600+ credit score, a gross monthly income that is 3x what the rent is($2,850) and you must NOT have an eviction or felony on your record.
Renters insurance is required. Normally it runs $15-$20 per month. You can sign for insurance when filling out the lease agreement.
