Buyers can fall in love with a house FAST. 😂

And once that happens, it is very easy to start thinking, “Just tell me what I need to offer so I can get it.”

That’s where I come in!! 😉

Before we decide on a number, I’m looking at comps, condition, days on market, price changes, competition and what leverage we actually have.

I’m not a fan of throwing out a lowball offer just to say we tried.

I’m also not a fan of saying, “Well, that’s what they’re asking, so that’s what you have to pay.”

The offer should make sense for the house, the market and YOU.

Love the house. Just don’t give away the whole farm to get it. 😂

One thing I’ve learned about “home” is that the house is only part of it.

Hone is where you grab coffee. Where your kids grew up. It’s also that park you always end up at…and we can’t leave out that restaurant everybody argues is the best. 😂
