- Meet RI housing income limits ($120,934 for 1-2 person households or $139,074 for 3+ person household)

- Complete a homebuyer education course

- Obtain an RI housing-funded first mortgage through a Participating Lender or the RIhousing loan center

There was a time when trick-or-treaters didn't receive candy at all. According to the History Channel, it was common to pass out pieces of cake, fruit, nuts, coins, and little toys.
