This charmer in Smithville is worth a look. ❤️

Early Saturday morning, after putting up my sign, I sat in the living room for a few minutes and couldn't help but imagine all the memories that have been made within these walls.

When the seller gave me a handwritten list of all the things their parents had done over the years to the home, it was clear that maintaining it was a top priority.

Would it be featured on an HGTV show in 2026? Probably not—and that's okay.

What an incredible journey it's been! 🏡❤️

The Mills family has officially found their forever home! In a competitive multiple-offer situation with 8 offers, we talked through what made the most sense for them, put together a strong strategy, crafted a solid offer, and came out on top.

Watching their three little ones explore a home that already felt so perfect for their family made all the hard work worth it. The moment we walked through the front door, I could tell this was the one. They loved everything about it, and I couldn't be happier for them as they begin this exciting new chapter.

This didn't happen overnight. We began looking for a house, but when I suggested taking a look at a condo, Courtney agreed—mostly because she didn't want to hurt my feelings! 😉 As it turns out, the condo was a perfect fit for her.
