Just in time for the 4th of July weekend, these wonderful first-time homebuyers are officially homeowners! 🇺🇸❤️

This home was truly meant to be. As soon as my buyer stepped inside, he realized he had not only been in this home before, but actually worked on this house several years ago, helping build the beautiful screened-in porch off the back and even replaced the roof a few years ago. Walking through it again—this time as a future homeowner—made the experience even more special.

From the charming character and thoughtful details to the love the sellers poured into every corner (including the sweetest little mural on the stairs), this house instantly felt like home.

I'm so excited for their family as they begin this new chapter, making memories, and adding their own story to a home that has already been so well loved.
