📉 Experts just updated their forecast on mortgage rates for 2025… and it could change the game.

Fannie Mae’s latest Economic and Strategic Research outlook forecasts the 30-year fixed mortgage rate will end 2025 at approximately 6.5%, with a gradual decline to 6.1% by the end of 2026.
