What's your number? You might be wondering what is he talking about? What's your number? Everyone has a number. Many times when I speak with people about selling their home they say, I'm not interested right now or no I wouldn't sell my home right now or something along those lines. But, I would be willing to bet that most of us would sell or consider selling if that number was more than we thought it would be. Am I wrong? Instead of relying on a website to make that choice for you, let me see if the number I give you would spark your interest to sell or not. Maybe it won't, but maybe I will give you a number that helps you decide if now is the time to sell or not? Congratulations to my buyers Queenie, Amy & Mark on their new Condo purchase. Not only did they score a very nice condo in a very nice association but we were able to negotiate a price $10,000 under asking.
