A very special milestone in this season of my life … a Lakehouse flip in Shrewsbury! 🏡✨

This is something I’ve dreamed about for a long time, and I couldn’t have done it without the incredible people God has placed in my life over the past 20 years. One thing I’ve learned is that none of us gets very far alone. Surround yourself with people who believe in you, encourage you, and stand beside you through both the victories and the challenges.
A huge thank you to Denise Peach at Total Mortgage for not only helping me refinance my home just a few weeks ago, but also making it possible for me to purchase my first investment property. As a business owner, financing isn’t always simple. Self-employed tax returns can make the process challenging, and many investors end up relying on hard money loans with very high interest rates.
Thanks to Denise, that wasn’t my story. She helped me secure financing at an incredible 7.5%, and I truly couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows how to get the job done, she’s the one to call.

Looking back, I can see His hand in every chapter, and my heart is full of gratitude for His faithfulness. None of this would be possible without Him, and for that I am forever thankful.

I first met Denise Peach in 2018 when she hosted an open house at 12 Paradox while I was selling my home in Worcester. Since then, I have completed countless transactions with her and have referred many buyers and agents to her. Her deep knowledge of the mortgage industry is impressive, but what truly stands out is her quick wit and generous spirit, especially when it comes to supporting communities.

The journey has been long, but I’m incredibly grateful for her help with refinancing my home while keeping my payments almost the same!
