Hi, I’m Kathryn, formerly known as Kat City (when I was a less serious person). 👋🏼 I’m a Worcester county native & now proudly settled in the Burncoat neighborhood of the Woo with my husband, five kids, & our French Bulldog, Woody Harrelson. 🐾 I currently serve as the alumnae association chair for my high school, Notre Dame Academy. I’m a Hofstra University graduate with a bachelors in sociology. I’m a member of the Soorp Asdvadzadzin Armenian Church of Whitinsville. I’m a daily attendee of Orange Theory. I play tennis 🎾 weekly in various social leagues. I coach XC & track at my kids school. I enjoy home renovation projects & bringing old furniture items back to life.

I worked as the buyer’s agent on the sale of this house just over a year ago. So, you can imagine I was surprised when my client called to ask me to list it! While his career is sending him south to sunnier weather, he and his family will sorely miss this home and the very special neighborhood they had in Springfield.
