Selling your house in a quick market like this can seem daunting - is it possible with a trained agent? YES! ✅Let’s address a couple concerns....

“I don’t want to be homeless! What if my house sells and I don’t have anywhere to go?”

✨There is language that can be written into the contract and your listing to ensure that your home sale is contingent on finding suitable housing. Your trained agent will walk you through this.

“I can’t list my home until I find the home I want to buy!”

✨ This mindset can get you caught in a cycle of rushing to list and being ill-prepared to do so, just to find out that the home you wanted to buy is already sold. Instead, here are the steps you should take:
• start searching for your new home in earnest and REALLY try to narrow down your search
• List your current home
• Accept a strong offer on your home with a contingency to protect you so you have time to find suitable housing
• THEN make an offer on the home you want
