We are proud recipients of the 2021 Silver Hammer Award for the restoration of 37 Fruit Street!

As noted, after a $950,000 renovation, the 1884 "Queen Anne Home" has been restored and repurposed and "stands as a stunning fixture in the city."

Our work has earned us three Silver Hammer Awards over the years.

2011 - Frank B. Waite Mansion (251 Salisbury St.)
2021 - Queen Anne Home (37 Fruit St)

37 Fruit Street is coming along really well... we've made progress on the exterior replacements and buildout of bedrooms and bathrooms!

This project sits right across from another one of our premier properties, 38 Fruit Street.
