For the first time since WorcesterMulti began tracking the market in 2018, there are 100 multi-family properties for sale in Worcester on the MLS.

From experience, WorcesterMulti finds about 50 properties on the MLS to be the healthy sweet spot for the market.

Keep in mind that 100 does not include off-market properties.

This is definitely a number to watch.
