On Tuesday we asked you: What is the most common reason appraisals come in LOW?

The correct answer was C - A lack of comparable sales.

One of the biggest reasons appraisals come in low is a lack of strong comparable sales. Appraisers rely on recent sold homes with similar size, condition, and features to support value, and when those sales aren’t available, it becomes harder to justify the contract price. This is especially common in unique homes, rural areas, or fast-changing markets.
