Multigenerational housing is beginning to have a comeback. I know when I personally look at forever homes possibilities it is a topic I think about.

I am glad some builders are beginning to see the value in building to make this even more possible.

Interest rates are still down. Loans are still closing. Houses are still being shown. I am lucky I forgot to cancel my amazon Clorox wipe subscription and I have enough to show houses and wipe everything down. It is a different way to show houses but it is working for sure.

The average U.S. rate for a 30-year fixed mortgage fell to 3.26% this week, the second-lowest ever recorded by Freddie Mac and three basis points away from the all-time low.

Although I live the tiny house movement and believe finding a house that fits you and your lifestyle is important. (Some people don’t want big fancy tiled shower🤷‍♀️) I had to chuckle after my last post.

This moment in time has us really looking at our housing choice and if it fits for us.

Closing costs are the expenses, beyond the property cost, that buyers and sellers incur to finalize a real estate transaction.
