Sunshine Apartments rents to individuals 62+ years of age and/or individuals over age 18 who meet the federal definition of handicapped/disabled Applicants must pass a background screening. Sunshine features:

- Convenient elevator access to all apartments.
- Secure building access.
- 24 hour monitoring of building security systems.
- Spacious community room for use by all residents.
- Coin operated washer/dryer laundry facilities in building.
- On-site Management.
- Rental Assistance available for those who qualify and as available.
