Funny story-6 years ago, I helped this couple buy their first home in a crazy market. We looked at a townhouse in the *exact* same community the day it listed and I told them, “I can show the property, but have to bring my baby.” They ended up winning that property in a multiple offer situation.
Fast forward to 30ish days ago and they wanted to see this property the day it started showings. I once again said, “Of course, but I’ll have to bring my baby.” They beat out two other offers to secure the property. Now they call my kids their lucky charms! 😆 Both properties closed on the 15th of the month- how wild is that?
