Yes! Right now is a great time to buy and this is why…
✅ Mortgage rates have eased. Most rates are in the low 6% (and occasionally people are locking in upper 5% 🤯). This will help decrease your monthly payments.
✅ Inventory is increasing and average days in market are about 40 days. This means more choices for buyers and more negotiating power.
✅Home appreciation is slowing. The average home price in September 2025 was $325,000. This is up from 2024-but the big takeaway is home prices aren’t out of control like they were a few years ago.
