Rental Terms
Let's lay down the ground rules, shall we?
Income should hit 4 times the rent, and there should be no past evictions or judgments, but if you've paid off the latter, we can still work things out. Keep it clean: no felonies within the past five years, no drug offenses, and definitely no sexual offenders.
Now, let's move onto the rental terms: Rent is $850 for apartments with a matching deposit or a payment of $625-775, with a down payment to be determined for lease purchase manufactured homes. Adults over 18 will need to pay a $34.95 application fee, and we'll be doing a quick background and credit check.
We're pet-friendly too, with a $250 non-refundable deposit per pet and a monthly $25 pet rent. Just remember, no pets over 25 pounds, and all pets must be up-to-date on their shots.
