I never posted this, but we went under contract on 201 Savoy Circle twice before I ultimately sold it to my friends (whom I hadn’t seen in 23 years! 🤯)! 🥳 We went under contract the first time on the day it hit the market, before that buyer decided it was just not exactly what she wanted.

As in life, I’ve found that everything in real estate happens for a reason. And when one door closes, another opens (no pun intended😹). In this case, I had the opportunity to help my friends (who were moving to Wilmington from Florida) buy their dream home near a school 🏫 that was perfect for their daughter! 🙌🏽

This was about a year ago, and my friends are absolutely loving the house and the neighborhood! 🥳 One day I even saw them riding down the street on their scooters 🛴, with huge smiles on their faces 😆

It’s experiences like this that make it so much fun ~ and so personally fulfilling for me ~ to be a realtor! ☺️

I never posted this, but we went under contract on 3804 New Holland Drive in only 5 days! 🤯🥳 We sold it to an awesome couple who absolutely LOVE the place 🏡😻 represented the buyers, and he was awesome to work with in closing this deal! 🙌🏽

This was about a year ago, and the buyers inform me that they’re absolutely loving the house and the neighborhood! 🥳

I had the BEST time reconnecting with my colleagues (who have become incredible friends 💗) yesterday at to celebrate all of our individual and collective achievements throughout the past year! 🌟🥳 I am especially grateful for the awesome leadership of and the unwavering support and mentorship of my Broker-In-Charge, 🙏🏽🏡

I am feeling incredibly inspired to resume my real estate practice full-time. I love helping friends ~ and strangers who become friends ~ buy and sell their amazing homes quickly and for the best price possible. My goal is always to help them have the best real estate experience of their lives. 🙏🏽

I was incredibly honored to receive the “Top New Performer” award from Intracoastal Realty yesterday. I was also totally surprised, as I took a big step back from real estate over the past year while working as a full-time attorney. I left that extremely stressful and unfulfilling attorney job two weeks ago and am excited to see what happens once I devote all of my professional time and energy to my real estate career! 🏡

This post is long overdue (since we closed on Monday), but I wanted to take this opportunity to share that I helped my clients buy their dream home at 1351 Tidalwalk Drive in the idyllic Tidalwalk community of Wilmington, NC (where I live with my family)! 🏡🏖️🌞🌈🌟

The amazing house was originally listed for $2.6 million. It is custom built and has numerous incredible high-end upgrades and fixtures. Almost 10 months later, the price was dropped to $2.195 million. I am proud to share that I worked extremely hard to negotiate an amazing deal for my clients, and we closed - in less than two weeks - for $1.85 million (almost fully furnished)! I also worked hard to negotiate $35,000 in seller concessions for them. Needless to say, they were very happy to receive a check for $35K at the closing table! 💰🥳

I am ecstatic to be able to help people achieve their real estate 🏡 dreams. For almost a year, I have been looking for the perfect beach 🏖️ house for these clients.
