Naturally, Evan’s love and passion for the ocean started at a young age. Growing up in such a small beach town has allowed Evan to build lifetime relationships within the beach community, and living in the prime area for over 20 years has given Evan precise local knowledge of its inventory and regulations. Having just graduated from UNCW's Cameron School of Business with a concentration in Entrepr

eneurship, he has finally been able to enter the real estate market full time, and his youth betrays the experience and professionalism that accompanies his passion for the business. A recent addition to the legendary Intracoastal Realty team, he strives to build a unique individual relationship with every client based on honesty, respect, and communication. In his free time, Evan’s goals and focus change course to an investor perspective acquiring income producing property.
