Zillow, Trulia and the like are fine for browsing, but keep in mind the prices listed are only estimates, the listing data is generally delayed , and so much information about the home is not included on these sites.

Your best bet is to always speak with a realtor or real estate attorney if you find something you like.

These sites have their place and use, but when you’re considering making such a huge purchase it’s in your best interest to speak with a professional who has your best interests at heart.
