Before we start running around looking at houses, one of the BEST things you can do is have a conversation with a lender.

And no, that doesn’t mean you have to know exactly what you’re doing or have every question figured out. 😂 That’s literally what the conversation is for!

Your lender can help you figure out things like:
💰 What price range actually makes sense for you
📄 What documents you’ll need
🏦 What loan options may fit your situation
💵 What your monthly payment could look like
❓ And answer all those “wait…how does THAT work?” questions

My job is to help you navigate the real estate side of things and make the process feel a LOT less overwhelming. Your lender handles the financing details specific to you.

Basically…you don’t have to have it all figured out before you start. You just need to take the first step. ❤️
