Good Bye Brown Dog and hello New York City. I have been offered a once in a lifetime position with an international financial institution to come on board starting November 14th. My professional roots started in this glorious city and I suppose I can say I have come full circle. It’s hard to believe that after 33 years I will not be the boss but I am flattered and humbled to be sought out and so incredibly received. I have no interest in retiring and a new and exciting challenge is exactly what I needed. My son will be leaving for school in 10 months and dad has a new career. The timing could not be better.
I thank my loyal and wonderful clients and will always enjoy the fantastic relationships I have had, and will , continue to have with them. I am grateful to my past and present staff and love you all. Get ready New York City, Robert is back. Well, for work only. Wyckoff will always be my home 💕💕💕

Another project where the family can't deal with all that needs to be done. We are arranging the sale of possessions, the clean out, the listing and sale of the home and all the hand holding in between. Lucky we have a good helper😂😂😂

Tax appeal season is upon us. We just succeeded in getting a homeowner's assessment down by $200,000. That is a MAJOR reduction in RE Taxes and money back in their wallet. If you feel like you are being overtaxed let us know:))) Happy New Year!!!
