People often ask me, "What areas do you cover?"
The answer is simple—I proudly help buyers and sellers throughout Northern New Jersey, primarily in Bergen and Passaic Counties. While I live in Waldwick, and many of my listings and sales are here (as you'll see in my recent Waldwick statistics below 👇), my business extends throughout the surrounding communities.
I was born and raised in Northern New Jersey, grew up in Bogota, and have family and lifelong connections throughout Bergen County. Lived in Hoboken, Cliffside Park, and Mahwah too. Over the years, I've come to know the neighborhoods, schools, commuting options, local businesses, and the unique character that makes each town special.
I truly believe that local knowledge makes a difference. Every town has its own personality, market trends, and buyer appeal. Understanding those differences helps me market a home more effectively, answer buyers' questions with confidence, and negotiate from a position of knowledge.
