The Rule: Shut Up, Suit Up, Show Up.🤫💼🚪
When you’re a newer agent trying to break into production, the market doesn’t care about your excuses. It cares about your ex*****on. Here’s how you apply this daily:
SHUT UP:Stop complaining about interest rates, the economy, or lack of inventory. Perspective check: You have a roof over your head and an incredible career in front of you. Cut the noise and get to work.
SUIT UP:Do your homework. Know your market stats, study your contracts, and prepare like a pro. Don’t expect clients to just fall into your lap—earn them by being the most knowledgeable person in the room.
SHOW UP:Not to show *off*, but to give 100% to your clients and your daily lead generation. Real estate is a full-contact sport. You have to be visible to be viable.

Many years ago, a good friend of mine, , told me something that stuck with me.

She said, “D-Rad, you’re an encourager.”

The more I thought about it, the more I realized she was right.

I believe one of my greatest gifts is seeing the potential in people before they see it in themselves. I can see the intention. I can see the desire. I can see the person they’re capable of becoming.

That’s why I coach.
