As we enter the first weeks of the new year, please allow us to wish each of you and your families a very happy, healthy and prosperous 2025.
It is with sadness and joy that we extend our congratulations to Toni Gatto-Chinery, who has announced her retirement as our Title Officer effective this Thursday, January 16th, 2025. We are thrilled for Toni, who has given the last 10 years of her 40-plus year career to our A & G community. We will miss Toni and are grateful to have had the benefit of her vast knowledge and professionalism. Toni has earned every moment of health, happiness and fulfillment in this exciting next chapter of her life. Please join us in wishing Toni farewell.
Toni’s Title Officer position will be filled by Cherish K. Bloodgood, a 30-year, title veteran. Her deep title experience, chiefly as Reader/Clearance Officer, brings the level of underwriting familiarity and reason necessary for providing the caliber of service you expect.
