Closed this guy today! What a fun client. From Start to finish he was a trooper. When things got overwhelming for him he picked up the phone, called me, and I made it happen. He gave me the biggest compliment today telling me he wished he'd called me sooner! I'm very excited for him and his wife to start their new life on the cutest little home, with the best little greenhouse and garden. It was exactly what they wanted and talked about when they first got married years ago! Absolute dream come true and I'm honored to have been their chosen Realtor. 😁😁🏠🏡

While slacking on posting, I've been working my butt off!

Closed 1 last month, closed 1 this month, I have 1 pending and have wrote two offers in the last week alone. More showings than I care to count with more pending's on the horizon! 🤞I'm so very blessed to have amazing clients who trust me and I'm honored they chose me to represent them during one of the biggest transactions of their life.

Well, it's been a while, but here we are! I started working with these clients early this year. After several months and offers, we are UNDER CONTRACT. My buyers did everything right to win the market but we also wanted to be strategic and make sure they got the right home.

So here's to "Lucky offer number 7!"

What's good about this? These clients didn't give up on me, they trusted me with every rejection and we even got this one after the previous buyers got cold feet (at no fault of the home). This all boils down to having awesome buyers and a great relationship with the listing agent who brought it exclusively back to me and my buyers so it wouldn't go back on the market.

I'm SOOOOOOO beyond excited to get these clients to the closing table. They've earned this big WIN and I'm excited I got to be part of this chapter in their journey together.

Truly blessed to have a career that lines up with being a mother. These last few months I've definitely taken a small step back and been able to focus on being home with baby Ila. I've still been working to stay busy and realized I've done a few deals I haven't been good about posting. So here's to getting both of these buyers under contract and closed!

Once again, I feel honored to have met these strong independent women and been able to be a part of both of their accomplishments.

While this might not seem like a lot, I've now dealt with bank owned properties, been involved in getting an affidavit of affixture on a manufactured home, and closed my first competitive MSHDA deal. I've learned a great deal through both of these two clients and am forever grateful for the experience.

With a referral client, we got this one under contract late this week.

And I have to admit, it's pretty nice when they show up already knowing what house they want.

Lastly, I also think I can officially say my favorite clients line is that they didn't think they could ever be a homeowner.

Challenge Accepted.

My seller officially closed on this one a week ago today. Not only can my seller close the chapter on this portion of her life but the buyers can now build their dream home and continue to grow with all the room they could want on over 2.5 acres.

Land is probably one of the more complex transactions to handle and it matters who you choose to represent you!
