Motus has officially acquired the former Fecera’s Furniture property in Sinking Spring, PA—a landmark site with decades of retail history and a strategic location along the Route 422 corridor.

We’re excited to reimagine this 7+ acre property and unlock its next generation of value for the community, retailers, and stakeholders throughout Berks County.
