Today was a special closing day for my client, friend and owner of the Treetop Salon!

Today Beth officially closed on a beautiful former bank building in Bernville, where she'll be creating salon suites for hairstylists, barbers, and wellness services for local professionals to lay their roots.

I've had the privilege of helping her through this journey over the past few months, and this project is anything but small. Watching her vision, determination, and hard work bring her to this moment has been incredible.

Congratulations, Beth! I'm so excited to continue watching this transform into a huge success. Thank you for trusting me to be part of this amazing journey. ❤️

A few days ago I had the absolute pleasure of helping a friend of a friend close on her very first home 🏡✨

There’s just something different about first-time buyers—the nerves, the excitement, the “this is really happening” moment at the closing table. And getting to be part of that? Never gets old.

Grateful she trusted me to guide her through it all 🤍

Huge congratulations to my amazing clients! 🎉
Not only did they sell their beautiful townhome in Jonestown… they just bought nearly an entire mountain 🤯🏔️
Now they’re off to build their dream home and the life they’ve been envisioning for years.
It’s been a couple years of adventures together—and I’m not sure I’ve ever burned so many calories touring properties with any other clients 😂—but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
I’m going to miss you guys so much, but I can’t wait to see what you create next ❤️

🤯 As a Berks native… my mind is officially blown.

I genuinely thought everyone celebrated Groundhog Day like we do. Turns out… not all states even acknowledge Groundhog Day. 😳

Some towns have their own quirky versions, using animals other than groundhogs to “predict” the weather:

🦆 Connecticut- Duck
🐊 Texas- Alligator
🦉 Florida- Owl
🐿 North Carolina- Squirrel
🐢 New Jersey- Turtle
🦩 Massachusetts- Flamingo

So while we’re cursing Punxsutawney Phil, some of the country is either letting other animals or even taxidemeried groundhogs decide their fate… or not thinking about it at all.

Please tell me I'm not the only one that didn't know this!
