This past weekend was a wild one!

My buyers and I went up against multiple offers on a home they fell in love with, and we walked away with it under contract. Not just under contract... under contract with enough on the table that the sellers canceled 15 showings and the open house they had planned. 🤯

This is the part of the job I love. Reading the room, understanding what the sellers actually need, and putting something together that makes us the clearest choice in a crowded field.

To my buyers, congratulations. I cannot wait to watch you make this house your home.

And to anyone house-hunting in a tough market right now, this is your reminder that the right strategy can move mountains. Or at least... 15 showings.

These clients are people I’ve known since growing up, so being trusted to help them sell their parents’ home - the home they grew up in - was incredibly special to me.

A home holds so much more than four walls, and I’m so grateful I was able to be part of this chapter as they said goodbye to a place filled with so many memories.

As a Berks County Realtor, these are the moments that remind me how personal real estate truly is. Helping families navigate the buying and selling process across Berks County and the surrounding areas is something I never take for granted.
