The video instructs viewers to request Form 1098SR or 1098‑SR and suggests that government offices may be reluctant to provide it.

This information is false.

There is no such form, and no federal, state, or county program uses Form 1098SR or 1098‑SR for property tax relief. The video is produced by an anonymous, AI‑generated account and contains misleading claims that are causing confusion and unnecessary frustration for seniors.‼️
