HFR - Home Finance Resource Lacey Pennypacker was born and raised in Hamburg, Pa. She studied business administration at Kutztown University, where she received her bachelor's degree in 2012. In college, Lacey studied hard, and waited tables and tended bar at local hot spots. After graduating, she landed a great job in the acco

unting office at Wernersville State Hospital. But when she bought her first home, she discovered how much she enjoyed the home-buying process. Passionate about helping others strategize and negotiate, Lacey discovered that real estate was a perfect fit. With encouragement of family and friends, she took the plunge into entrepreneurship, launching two businesses at once: she became a LuLaRoe consultant and a licensed real estate agent, joining Berkshire Hathaway all in the same week! Lacey specializes in helping first time homebuyers, while bringing a fresh enthusiastic approach to all transactions. She strives to build relationships that will last forever. When Lacey isn't selling houses, she loves to spend time with her family which consists of her husband, her son, and a few 4 legged-friends (2 Mini Australian Shepherds, a Calico Cat, and an African Sulcata Tortoise). She also loves to read (her favorite author is Nicholas Sparks, but she is currently loving a James Patterson series), to travel, and to help women feel beautiful through her LuLaRoe business.
