We are excited about growth in Xenia, Ohio for many reasons but one in particular is the city's proximity to the new Honda/LG Battery Plant coming soon to I-71 and Route 35 near Jeffersonville. The Plant will create over 2,500 new jobs and start hiring as soon as early 2024. The commute from Xenia is less than 30 mins which makes it a great place to call home to many LG Battery Plant employees! Highland Greene

Thank you to Xenia’s Planning Commission for allowing us to present our plans for Highland Greene! Highland Greene is a new community coming soon to Xenia and will include a wide range of new homes and a 70 acre park. We are excited about the impact this community will have on Xenia and the opportunities for new home ownership for people in the area!

Everyone knows that rent prices have gone up but at what scale? According to the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, the supply of low-rent units decreased by 247,000 in the past 10 years. Building more homes in Central Ohio will keep rent prices from inflating and give more opportunities to lower income households.
