Shocked how dirty the intake filter on my ERV Fresh Air system looks after 6 months at my house. This is filtering the outside air being it goes to the core that moves Moisture & Heat between the incoming and exhaust streams of air. This machine is crazy efficient but it’s really the distribution system that makes it a standout. Highly recommend you consider this for your next Build. My house is super tight so this filter is effectively the “nose” for my house. A leaky house would have this black stuff inside instead of stuck to a filter. Clients will pay for a healthy home even though this is more expensive than a basic system.

TIPS ON CHOOSING A SITE TO BUILD. ↓ A client came to us having already purchased a lot but forgot to mention the land was super steep from front to back, completely forested, and midway up a hill. (It was going to cost a lot of money to clear the land.) What was the mistake? They had already bought without negotiating the price based on how much it was going to cost to build on it. AKA it’s going to take a large portion of their budget just to build a foundation.
