SOLD! This one took a lot of work to get to the closing table. After a call to this seller once their house did not sell with their previous agent, we met up and discovered it would be a good fit to get this listed together. We found a buyer rather quickly, but the process to the closing table was anything but quick. With many issues, hurdles, headaches, there was a lot of persistence shown from both sides to figure out a way to get this done. Multiple delayed closings, missed promises from outside parties, and many more. The seller remained loyal and entrusted me to get this done. We couldn't believe it when it was official, but here we are!

A good agent is someone who takes previous experiences and learns from them. I took from many previous deals to configure a way to get this one done, while many people would've given up within a few weeks, we got this thing signed, sealed, delivered after nearly 90 days under contract.

I am extremely thankful for a great co-op from the buyer's agent, allowing great communication to get this one done. As always, thank you to my client for showing ultimate trust in me to get this done. I hope to help with the next stages in life as well!

I mean... what a ride. This property kept me up at night sometimes. This was a situation where I came in contact with this home owner due to his previous listing being terminated. Upon further discussion, I knew he still needed to sell, but it would be hard. This was a short sale, meaning the owner owed more on it than it was worth in it's current condition. This can mean a very prolonged process dealing with banks and lawyers, which it certainly was. Through very diligent work, I was able to get the lender to tell me exactly what it needed to sell for so we could get this off of my client's plate. Once that was established, we had a clear path. Luckily, a willing and able buyer came through, was very flexible and understanding with timelines. With an incredible co-op buyer's agent (shoutout to Dana Ward) we got this done. Officially SOLD, with happy buyer and seller! Thankful for the opportunity and the trust my seller had in me during this process!

Happy is an understatement! These buyers deserve their flowers. They went through many ups and downs during their home search, balancing that with the sale of their house, they did incredibly well! We had another home in contract, ready to close when we got terrible news at an inspection. They hung in there and when the right one came up after that, they pounced. We were aggressive and fast. Getting a good deal on a great house, closing in 21 days with little turmoil. Extremely thankful for their trust as the anxiety got higher. At the end of the day, everything led them to this point and I am very happy for them! Please send a huge CONGRATS to them!
