But homeowners are often building something renters don’t:

What is equity?

Equity is the difference between:
📈 what your home is worth
AND
🏦 what you still owe on it.

Example:

You buy a home for $350,000

A few years later:
✅The home value rises to $425,000
✅Your loan balance drops to $315,000

That means you may now have roughly:

🔥$110,000 in equity.

That equity can potentially be used to:

✔️Start businesses
