Andrea McRae-RE/MAX The Collective Since the age of 21 I have worked in mortgages, title/escrow and real estate. It has been a wonderful career to be a part of.

My final chapter started 4 years ago when I became a real estate agent. I figured I had enough background "behind the scenes" to now advocate for buyers and sellers. I love what I do and my clients have been the best to work with.

Many loan programs offer 3.5% or less depending on program qualifications. Some have loan limits, income limits and qualifications.
