After walking through cancer, losing my hair, and slowly watching it grow back… I realized something — I don’t want to hide behind who I used to be. I want to show up as who I am now.

Last year’s leukemia diagnosis forced me to slow down and focus on getting healthy again. As I’ve been working on rebuilding my strength, I was introduced to an incredible trainer with a background in physical therapy. His approach has been exactly what I needed — thoughtful, intentional, and focused on building strength the right way.

I’m getting stronger every week without feeling overworked (I barely even sweat during our sessions, yet somehow I leave feeling stronger every time 🙌🏼).

One of the things I love most about living in Central Washington is how easy it is to step away from the busy week and reconnect with nature. 🌿

Towering rock formations, the sound of the river rushing by, wide open skies, and miles of peaceful trails. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down, take a deep breath, and appreciate where you live.

As a local real estate agent in Yakima, moments like this remind me why I love helping people put down roots here. We’re surrounded by incredible landscapes, outdoor adventures, and small-town community — all right in our backyard.

Home sweet home… and a closing that meant a little extra to me. 🏡✨

These wonderful clients were on a tight timeline and needed to find a home within just a few months. With focus, teamwork, and the help of an incredible lender, we were able to go from contract to closing in just 23 days. 🙌🏻

What makes this closing especially meaningful for me is that it’s my first transaction since returning to real estate after my battle with leukemia. Stepping back into this career that I love has been emotional, and these clients reminded me exactly why I do what I do.

Real estate has always been about people for me — walking alongside them during big life moments and helping them land in a place they can truly call home.

I had lunch with a past client who has become so much more than that — and she surprised me with this beautiful, hand-painted wreath. The detail, the color, the heart behind it… I’m completely blown away. It’s a reminder that home is more than a place — it’s the people we connect with along the way.

She was my very last transaction before I was diagnosed with leukemia. Walking through that season was incredibly hard, but relationships like this are what remind me why I love what I do. Real estate isn’t just contracts and closings — it’s trust, timing, and lifelong connections.

I am endlessly grateful that this industry has introduced me to some of the very best people. Today felt like such a full-circle moment, and my heart is so thankful.
