Closing Day — and this one was truly special 🙌🏼

My sellers purchased this home over 14 years ago. It became the place where they raised their children, created countless memories, and eventually turned into a rental property that allowed them to move to Oregon and begin a new chapter.

Over the years, the relationship they built with their tenants became much more than a landlord-tenant relationship. They truly became family. That made today’s closing a very bittersweet moment for everyone involved.

Helping my sellers prepare the property for the market took time, patience, and plenty of conversations. But seeing everything come together in the end made it all worth it.

By the grace of God, we didn’t receive one offer, two offers, or even five — we received 7 offers.

The buyers ultimately came in over $30,000 above asking price, waived the inspection, and we were able to close in under two weeks.

But beyond the numbers, what means the most to me is knowing what this sale represents for my clients. Their goal is to use the proceeds to pay down debt and eventually retire in Mexico.

I am incredibly grateful that the Lord allowed me to be part of this chapter of their story. There is nothing better than watching your clients’ hard work and dreams come to fruition.
