This review means so much to me 🤍 My seller was hoping for a quick sale, and we hit the market right at the end of November—heading into the holidays and cold winter months, which can be especially slow in a 55+ community.

With a 3-month listing agreement, it was coming down to the wire—but we went under contract just 3 days before it expired! So thankful everything came together, even if it took a little longer than she was originally hoping. Grateful I could help her get to the finish line ✨

It was such an honor getting to know her and guide her through this process. She reminded me so much of my Nana, which made it even more special. Now she’s off enjoying warmer weather, and while I’m so happy for her, it’s bittersweet—one of the hard parts of real estate is building these relationships and then missing the people and conversations once it’s all said and done 🥹.
