🏡 1. El 25% de las compras fueron en efectivo

Esto significa que 1 de cada 4 compradores no necesitó un préstamo hipotecario. Aunque sigue habiendo compradores con mucho poder de compra, la mayoría (75%) sí está utilizando financiamiento, así que los compradores con préstamo siguen siendo competitivos.

⏳ 2. Las casas duran alrededor de 28 días en el mercado

En promedio, una casa tarda casi un mes en venderse. Eso nos indica que el mercado sigue activo, pero ya no es tan acelerado como cuando las casas se vendían en pocos días.

🔑 3. El 33% de los compradores son primerizos

Aproximadamente 1 de cada 3 compradores está comprando su primera casa. Esto demuestra que todavía hay oportunidades para quienes nunca han sido propietarios, especialmente con programas de asistencia para el pago inicial.

📈 4. Solo el 21% de las casas se venden por encima del precio de lista

Esto significa que solo 2 de cada 10 casas reciben ofertas por encima del precio solicitado. Es una señal de que el mercado se está equilibrando un poco más y ya no todas las propiedades generan guerras de ofertas.
