🏡 Another deal closed.

This transaction was a reminder that real estate is about much more than putting a sign in the yard and finding a buyer.

As we approached closing, a review of documentation raised a few questions that warranted a closer look. After asking questions and obtaining clarification, a discrepancy was resolved before closing. That helped ensure my seller received the proceeds they were entitled to at closing and allowed us to move forward with confidence.

Details matter. Questions matter. And sometimes the most important work happens behind the scenes.
