🏡 CLOSING DAY! 🔑

This one feels a little extra special.

Years ago, when we still lived in town, these two were our next-door neighbors. Today, we had the privilege of sitting beside them at the closing table as their Realtors while they purchased their very first home. 🥹

They’re starting an exciting new chapter, and it was pretty special getting to be a small part of it.

We also had the opportunity to meet the sellers’ family at closing, and hearing how happy they were to know the new owners would be calling a home that meant so much to their family their own made the day even sweeter. ❤️
