Brenda Whitney, Realtor

Brenda Whitney, Realtor Always Call Brenda! Brenda began her career in the early 80s with a development company in Portlands' Old Port. She moved a lot! It is about you!

However, her introduction to real estate goes back to her roots as a military brat. In the process, she learned many valuable lessons that were not evident until later. Brenda brings a depth of knowledge, so much experience, personalized service along with some laughter to help lighten the process of buying and/or selling and make it as enjoyable as possible for you. From Maine's bold coast to the

mountains and Down East Brenda has successfully represented every price point including first-time purchasers and repeat clients. She knows how to interpret the market and work successfully with other agents co-brokering sales. She also knows buying/selling real estate is continually changing and evolving. In order to be her best for her clients, she stays educated and up to date on these changes. Brenda lives along the Maine coast and sometimes upta-camp on a lake here in Maine. Her husband is a sea-going Captain and her son (who grew up on a Maine Island) is also working here in Maine. Brenda believes in giving back and has done so perannually. This includes volunteering, fundraising & sponsoring local school & sports groups, food pantries, libraries, and natural resource groups, to helping the Maine Cancer Foundation and Portland's Barbara Bush Children's Hospital, to name a few. Brenda is passionate about her real estate clients and strives to treat each one as if they are her only client. She knows this process is not just about the physical property. Brenda would love to help you successfully sell or find your next home, investment, camp, cottage or piece of land here in Maine. So as her marketing says "Always Call Brenda!" before you buy or sell - know your ACB's!

MAY FLOWERS! The first is literally a field of mayflowers up at camp. My lilacs are popping and smell divine. Creeping phlox is bursting with color as are my blue hyacinths. Not to mention the azaleas along with my tall alliums. I love them all! What's blooming in your gardens?

WHO WANTS TO GO ON A BOAT RIDE? This pup does! She has figured out how to walk ALL around the edges of the boat while still or running. I don't think I can navigate that smoothly along the side gunnels. She saw loons, eagles, fish, kayakers and other power boats. It was a lovely curse to break in the new motor. Hope y'all have a great weekend!

MOTHER'S DAY DELIGHT! The guys took me, bright and early, to for a delightful breakfast. Their pecan sticky buns are irresistible! Special raspberry monti Cristo, and eggs with their homemade corn beef hash graced our table. A warm and inviting start to the day. I'm feeling loved.

FULL FLOWER MOON! I missed it cresting over the hills but still captured some of its brilliance. It had the warm glow of the first photo. I used my night mode on a couple shots to see how clear I could get them. Not too bad. Love the clouds and of course the dramatic reflection off the ocean.

St PATTYs DAY TREATS! Take some stout beer, add butter and build your cupcakes. Then put your Irish whiskey into a homemade chocolate ganache and put that in the center you clumsily dug out of the center of the cooled cupcakes. Whip up some cream cheese Bailey's frosting to top the cupcakes (maybe wait longer than I did to let the ganache harden more- then it won't mix). Decorate and enjoy! I gifted half away to friends and clients. The guys claimed the rest. Hope you had a terrific Saint Patrick's day! 🍀 ☘️

ROLL UP YOUR SLEEVE! The hubbie and I went today and did just that. I gave blood and he gave red-red. Apparently they are really in need...especially any negative type and O type as well as platelets. Just in case you have the time. It's a good thing. Challenge from New England Region Residential Real Estate met!
