After just TWO days on the market, my seller received multiple offers and accepted one that they couldn’t pass up 🤗

SOLD! 🎉

So excited to see this home passed on to its new owner today. Every real estate transaction has hoops to jump through and this one had a few extra. But with just one weekend on the market and an offer for $30k over list price, we got it closed successfully! 💪
