Just a couple weeks ago, they called from Idaho to say they’d officially taken the plunge, sold their home, and were getting ready to head west to start their next chapter in the Seattle area 🚙🌲

SOLD! 🎉

So excited to see this home passed on to its new owner today. Every real estate transaction has hoops to jump through and this one had a few extra. But with just one weekend on the market and an offer for $30k over list price, we got it closed successfully! 💪
