Conley Suites Bed & Breakfast Accommodations are nice, private, secure, and a great alternative to lodging at a motel or hotel.

Each room includes private bathroom, wifi, and in room tv, portable ac in rooms when warm outside in summer. We offer a well designed, comfortable common space to fit your taste and budget. We are small, with a calming atmosphere for our guests to enjoy, both in and out of their room.

Meet the Parrish Room.

A king bed, cozy sitting area, private bathroom with a spa tub, and an eclectic mix of old and new that gives this room so much personality.

The space is inspired by artist Maxfield Parrish, with collected pieces and thoughtful details that make it feel less like a hotel room and more like somewhere you can actually settle in.

Come back after a day exploring Yelm, sink into the spa tub, climb into that king bed, and call it a night.

The Icart Room is a guest favorite for good reason.

A California king bed gives you plenty of room to settle in, while two sitting chairs in front of the electric fireplace create the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day.

Turn the fireplace on for warmth when it's chillyā€”or just enjoy the cozy atmosphere when it's not.

Tucked on the second floor behind a large cypress tree, the room feels private and peaceful, with lovely shade during the warmer months.

Basically: Get comfortable. You're staying awhile.

Last weekend was one we'll be talking about for a long time. šŸ¤

We had the honor of hosting a beautiful wedding reception with more than **60 family members and friends** gathered here at Conley Suites to celebrate a very special couple.

The laughter, the hugs, the dancing, the conversations that carried late into the evening... it was a wonderful reminder that this house was meant to bring people together.

While many people know us as a charming bed & breakfast, Conley Suites is also a wonderful place to host life's meaningful moments.

Whether you're planning a bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, family celebration, creative retreat, or another special gathering, we'd love to help make it memorable.
