So very frustrated! Is there anybody out there that wants to partner with a small town flipper that wont require a lot 20k membership, or 800 credit score. I know you are out there somewhere and I am ready to make some money over here. I have no assets or liquidity. I have my two little hands and the work ethic and determination that is gonna get me where I wanna be

My real estate experience speaks for itself and I am here to work my southwestern washington behind off to make this happen. Yes, I have rehab experience....not a ton of it though. I am not going to turn over all of my hard work over to a moster entity from who knows where that will swoop in, take everything over, and make me a millionaire overnight. (That one was unbelievably funny)

If you are a real person, and you have money that you would like to invest, we should talk. My properties are not in high end, million dollar neighborhoods in big cities...my passion lies with smaller communities, bringing older homes back to life. I currently have several that are between 25K - 200K with ARV of 200K - 400K I would like to fix and hold some, while selling others. (I will be the listing agent as well)

I am willing to put my money where my mouth is and make the first property 30/70 with you.
