Picked up my signs this morning. Now I need a listing so I can use them. Give me a call if you are looking to move during this crazy sellers market. The house two doors down from us sold for about $200k more than they paid for it. Interest rates will hold for a little while so now is as good a time as any.

Pretty cool that I got to show my first potential buyer a home for his parents today, and although they may not get this house; it's going to be great helping them look for a place to call home (I might even get my first listing to boot as a bonus 🤞🤞🤞)
